Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir

With A Little Help From my Friends

To help celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the NHS on the 5th July, the choir and a variety of celebrities have recorded a Band-aid style charity single at the Famous Abbey Road Studios. The single was produced by Brit Award-winning producer Jon Cohen and the amazing Hit Maker Timbaland. A host of celebrities took part in the recording from Nile Rodgers and Beverley Knight to UB40 and Guy Garvey.

It’s been such an amazing experience to do something special to show our NHS colleagues across the UK how appreciated they are. The project has already attracted a wide range of high profile supporters, including Sir Paul McCartney.

All proceeds from the single will go to NHS Charities Together, a group of more than 100 NHS charities that have come together to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the NHS and raise awareness of the work that NHS charities do to support the NHS.

Please see the music video for the single below.
