Read a Book a Month – 2020

One of the goals for the new year is to read a new book each month. I love to escape into a good book. I have chosen the following books to read which are a mixture of personal development, fiction and autobiographies. Some have been taken from my reading list posted last year. Check out the blog post here.

One of my goals is to achieve financial freedom. Over the years I have read a variety of books on finances such as Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover and Jen Sincero’s You’re a Badass at Making Money.*

Below is a list of books I plan to read.

Books on Finance

Books on Blogging

Books on Self Development

Autobiographies

  • And Still, I Rise – A Mother’s Search for Justice by Doreen Lawrence
  • Losing My Virginity by Sir Richard Branson

Fiction

Books on Religion

——————————————————————————————————————————-

I have a lot of books to keep me busy this year. I’m not sure how many I will get through but my aim is to read at least 12 books. I will post a book review at the end of each month as well as provide an update on my progress.

For January, I will be reading the following books. As briefly mentioned above, I have joined a book club on Facebook focusing on books relating to Finance. January’s book of the month is Pete Matthew’s book. I’m enjoying it so far and will provide feedback at the end of the month.
